STEP 1 . APPLY
Fill out the pre-reservation questionnaire
It's short. It tells me about your family, your home, and what you're hoping for in a puppy.
so I can help you find the right fit.
When you finish, you'll go straight to the deposit page. Your questionnaire is sent to me
together with your deposit, so have your payment method ready before you start.
Good to know: Want to talk first? Most families call, text, or FaceTime with me before they
reserve. I'm happy to answer anything.

STEP 2 . RESERVE
Place your $300 deposit
Placing your deposit sends me your questionnaire and saves your place in line. It isn't an
extra fee. The full $300 comes off your puppy's price.
Life happens. If the timing changes, your deposit is transferable to another litter.

STEP 3 . PICK
Choose your puppy at approximately 6 weeks
Pick order follows the order deposits are received. When your turn comes, you choose from the puppies still available in the litter.
We wait until 6 weeks because that's when personalities start to show and our trainer can best evaluate their personalities. We will share the trainers personality description with you.
Good to know: If the color or sex you're hoping for isn't available when it's your turn, you can move your deposit to a future litter.

STEP 4 . GET TO KNOW
Watch your puppy grow
We provide you with photo and video updates so you can watch them grow.
Want to see them Live? We'll set up a video call so you can meet your puppy before go-home day.
Good to know: Visits to our home are by appointment only. Just call or text to set one up.

STEP 5 . FINAL BALANCE
Pay the remaining balance
If we're delivering your puppy, the balance is due by 7 weeks. If you're picking up in person, it's due on pickup day.
If you are picking up or reside in Ohio sales tax is added to the purchase price as required.

STEP 6 . GO-HOME DAY
Bring your puppy home at 9 weeks
Your puppy goes home at 9 weeks, and we'll confirm the exact day as it gets closer. Come
see us in Millersburg, Ohio, or let us bring your puppy to you.
Every puppy goes home with a vet physical, age-appropriate vaccines and deworming, a
complete health record, a microchip ready for you to register, a starter bag of TLC Pet
Food, and 30 days of Trupanion coverage.
